I honestly thought we were being bombed a few hours ago. Flashes of light, insanely loud bangs, people screaming, pause, new louder bangs, cars honking their horns. And it just kept going. Scary as hell.

But no ... No bombs, no fire, no people running around in panic, just the stupid new opera house and their stupid fireworks.



My imagination needs to go to bed.
